How to prepare for my first online yoga class?
Please make sure you log on in a timely manner and switch off your microphone during the yoga practice. The session will open 10 minutes prior to the online yoga class. For best results keep your camera on and try to position it so that it will show your entire body when you’re going through various yoga poses. Make sure you’re in a quiet space with some room to move around and have a stable internet connection. When you’re using your phone, I recommend wireless headphones for better sound.
What is the difference between an online yoga class and an online yoga course?
The online yoga classes are your typical drop-in yoga classes and are open to everyone who desires a regular weekly practice. In contrast, the online yoga courses are in-depth online learning modules spanning over several weeks at a time and have a strong focus on one theme like for example burnout prevention. Both are offered live and have a limited amount of participants. If you decide to participate in the online live course you will have the access to the entire course and recorded yoga videos for a year after finishing the online yoga course.
